Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours after placement. Once an order has been placed and entered into the system, items cannot be changed. Please ensure that all details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Orders will be dispatched during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Please be aware that we do not process or dispatch orders during public holidays. In the event a public holiday occurs, order processing and dispatch will resume on the following business day.

    Delivery Notes

    • Orders outside Australia may incur additional tax/customs charges.
    • Check import fees before ordering in your country.
    • Refunds can not be processed for items in transit.
    • Double-check the delivery address to avoid delays.
    • Address changes are not possible once the order is placed.
    • Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery.
    • Order marked an item as delivered by the courier, is considered successfully delivered. Any further delivery-related queries should be directed to the courier.
    • Returned-to-sender (RTS) order must be received back at the warehouse before an investigation can be opened.
    • Contour Cube is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered. If you suspect a misdelivery, we suggest filing a claim directly with the carrier.

    Import Duty

    • Products delivered outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes.
    • Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes payment.
    • Check with local customs for information.
    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations; Contour Cube not liable for breaches.

    Christmas Notice: Due to the busy holiday period, our team is working hard to process and dispatch your order promptly. However, please note that we may need extra time, and orders will be dispatched chronologically. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery, especially considering the high demand on courier services during this busy season.
