Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours after they are placed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

Please note some countries are experiencing delays due to limited international flights and can take up to 4-6 weeks with Australia Post. All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING 

We ship worldwide however some restrictions are placed on the extent to which we accept orders from specific countries. These restrictions can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 4-6 weeks of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

 DELIVERY NOTES

Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit. Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address and can only be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping costs due to the service being provided and return fees which are charged to Contour Cube.

IMPORT DUTY

  •       If you order Products from our site for delivery outside Australia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
  •       Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
